FAQ
Acts 2 Communities are an alternative way to be the church all over our city.
What is an Acts 2 Community?
An Acts 2 Community is a gathering of people - led by the power of the Holy Spirit - regularly experiencing all nine rhythms of Acts 2:42-47 in order to be the church together.
Who leads an Acts 2 Community?
Acts 2 Communities focus on the leadership of Jesus. Each community has a shepherd who is the point of contact for that community, but the goal is to avoid man-made hierarchical structures.
What if I already have a church home?
The beauty of being in an Acts 2 Community is you don’t have to leave your church. Some will stay connected to their existing church, and others will make their Acts 2 Community their church home.
What should I expect?
Each Community will have some flavor and mix of all nine rhythms of Acts 2. Each group will determine those rhythms together, but the goal is to pursue deeper connection with God and each other.

All of the Acts 2 Communities sometimes come together for a time of celebration with worship, prayer, testimonies, communion, and a reminder we are also a part of a larger community.
